Service Description

This document is a binding agreement between the Client and the Entertainer. The follow statements are non-negotiable and it guarantee protection of the performer as well as the client • I as a client agree to the amount requested by the performer and will be paid according to the agreement • I as a client understand that the performer agrees to your terms and condition upon signature of the contract and is not subjected to change once this agreement is signed by both parties. • (clubs and Lounges only) Upon the performer’s inspection the performer will be fully responsible using any of the client’s equipment if damaged by the performer, However, if the performer feels that the equipment does not reach their standards and is required to use their own equipment for the event the price will be subject to change. • The performer has the right to refuse request during an event unless authorized by the client. If the client has a pre-list with a request it must be submitted to the performers at least a week in advance. • As a client you are responsible to maintain crowd control. A performer is responsible their performance and not for the security of the event. • You as a client is responsible for any damage of the performers equipment if caused by you or any of your guest at the event. • If the performer feels that their life is in jeopardy based on “unstable conditions” the performer has the right leave upon which you are responsible for the full payment. By applying here means that you as a client agree with all of the terms and conditions.
